This movie broke my heart when I watched it years ago, I honestly expected the dogs to get a happy ending... I loved the animation even though it was dark and creepy. But I watched it once and never again- truly I didnt need to even watch this video to remember some of the scenes from the movie. I consider this one of the most chilling and tragic movies over ever seen.

They drown swimming for something that isn't there because they have no other hope. The image of the island in there in the credits to provide a visual for what they could never have, save perhaps, after death.

This movie makes me cry, the part where those men were trying to help and Ralph is so scared so he threatens attacking. It’s just so sad bc it shows how distrustful he is (for good reason)and I just think about my dog in that situation and my dog is so trusting 🤧
